  The using of imported high-quality semiconductor laser diode-pumped

ND:YAG medium makes the electro-optical conversion rate high; resonator cavity

life of LD can extend 20 times, and energy consumption can reduce by 75%.

Advanced hardware control technology, intelligent software control systems, and

easy, what’s more, the processing table can be customized as required.

  Semiconductor marking machine use semiconductor laser diode-pumped Nd:

YAG medium of 808nm wavelength, and the medium produced a large number of

inverted particles which formed giant pulsed laser output of 1064nm wavelength

under the action of Q switching, so the electro-optical conversion is efficient.

Laser resonator makes the output beam quality better, processing lines more

attractive, while accompanied by precision XYZ three-dimensional tables, so to

PLT, DXF, BMP and other file formats, with direct use of SHX, TTF font. The

system can encode and print the serial number, batch number, date, etc.
